There are many other sources of help and remember you certainly are not alone, 1 in 4 of us will suffer a mental health issue at some time.
For me CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) has been a great help also writing this blog and sharing my issues has been great too but it does take courage to start talking openly.
There are some great books available on CBT and also there are sites that your GP can refer you too. Many businesses are also now supplying resources for their employees where they can get such services confidentially and for free.
Don’t forget exercise though, for me this has had the biggest benefit.
